Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial enrollment. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval. No refunds are available for courses that have been substantially accessed or completed beyond the first 25% of content.

• Full refund available within 14 days if less than 25% of course content accessed
• Partial refunds may be considered for extraordinary circumstances at management discretion
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for enrollment
• Administrative fees may apply to refund processing
